Depletion or Migration Caused by Lip Ring? (Photos)

HippieFiller
I’ve had filled placed in the upper lip in the area above my lip ring, in attempt to address the lack of volume there. You can see the lack of volume in the first photo. I left my lip ring out for a full month after getting filler. Initially it appeared it was resolved and the upper lip was even/symmetrical on both sides. Within a few weeks, it appears depleted again. In the second photo where I’m smiling (circled the area), it looks as though the filler had possibly migrated outside my lips. Is this what is happening? Is there a way to address the repeated depletion/migration in the area above my lip ring or do I just need to accept some asymmetry if I want to keep my ring?
