I burnt healthy skin accidentally with 20% salicylic acid while treating acne, what do I do? (Photo)

AcneCure1
I used a 20% salicylic acid to treat a pimple on my cheek and got some of it accidently on healthy skin. I now have a tiny dark spot / burn near my lip. It does not hurt much and the skin on the spot is not rough like it should have been for it to peel off. The skin on the acne feels tight and hard. But the burnt spot on the healthy skin (below it near my lip) does not - how can I treat/cure it? Any suggestions / comments from experts will greatly help. Thank you.
