Which is best between salicylic acid vs dermaroller for acne scars - what's fast effective and reliable?

Hi, I have mild acne scars on my face and large pores few places pigmentation also. I have two choice salicylic acid peel or dermaroller, i am afraid to use dermaroller because of needling on skin may cause infection and pain. can you please suggest me which treatment will give fast and best results with no or less chance of infection. I have already used salicylic acid peel at my home so i am familiar with this treatment but dermaroller is new so i am afraid from its side-effects

To get the best results for acne scarring, your treatments should be complete by a professional.  At home chemical peels and rollers can be dangerous and cause permanent damage.  Acne scars can be treated using a combination of chemical peels, microneedling, and laser treatments.I hope this helps.

I believe that you should not be doing you own peels. Please consult with  professional who can develop a total program which may include a series of chemical peels and microneedling as well as effective home skin care products. This is your face. Treasure it. Know that hyperpigmentation is not a quick and easy fix and will likely take months to resolve.
