After permanent hymenoplasty, full recovery is achieved in 6 weeks at the latest. The first week is the most important time for the stitches not to open. However, crossing your legs does not hurt. For temporary hymenoplasty, you can return to your normal life immediately, there is no need for any restrictions. I wish you healthy days, I hope I helped.

Six weeks following the hymenoplasty, no sexual activity.
Running, swimming, soaking in the tub, heavy lifting, cycling, and other strenuous activity should be avoided.

I suggest you avoid riding Bicycle and horseback riding for 3 months after the procedure.

Hymenoplasty is not affected by normal physical activity. Extreme physical activity is another story. Things to avoid are soaking in water for the first 6-8 weeks. That includes tub baths, sitz baths, jacuzzi, and swimming. Keep pressure off the area. That means no riding of bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, horses, etc. Sit cross-legged if you want. One last thing, don't spread your vagina open to take a look at the stitches. That's the easiest way to tear stitches and it's pointless. If you want to have your stitches checked, see your surgeon.
