Unfortunately no direct flights exist, so I will be boarding 4 flights in total. I'm still fairly young at 26 years of age but, I am a little concerned of developing late hematomas, and wonder if it is perhaps considered better practice to heal for a while longer.

15 weeks is a considerable amount of time to heal following a breast augmentation. By about three months out from surgery, your implants will have settled into position about as much as they are going to. The odds of developing a hematoma at 15 weeks (nearly 4 months) out from surgery is very low. I would advise you to follow your surgeon's post-operative restrictions to reduce the risk of any complications, especially in the first few weeks after surgery.
Just for the sake of example, I tell my patients that they should not raise their arms more than 45 degrees at the elbow for the first three weeks after surgery. They should be up and walking the same day as surgery. They can shower starting two days after surgery. I have them begin implant massage at one week post-op. They can resume light activity at three weeks after surgery, then they can do whatever activity they want starting at six weeks after surgery. They should not lift anything more than ten pounds for the first six weeks after surgery.
