Is there any option to directly fix a barrel chest other than breast augmentation?

Hey, I’m 18 years old. I’d like to know if there are any other options to fix a barrel chest, other than hiding it with breast augmentation. I simply don’t see it working, especially for a case like mine where my entire ribcage depth is beyond my jawline. It’s really deep, and the upper ribs are wide. I understand the risks, but I’m really willing to undergo surgery to fix it if possible. It’s so severe that wearing a T-shirt just makes me stand out in public, and people comment on it. I don’t really want to live like this for the rest of my life.
