I discovered that my surgeon reused implants to correct nipple displacement during the initial revision. I did not consent to reusing implants. 3 months post-op, an implant ruptured. He also removed most of my nipple, correcting the nipple placement that did not exist before the initial surgery. Given that I need to repair the ruptured implant, it is advisable to replace the other one, considering the compromise to implant integrity and potential health issues in the future.

Bigger implants will not solve your problem with cleavage. You needed a better breast lift. The lollipop technique as you can see only moved the nipple-areola complex higher but did nothing for your breast. Your breasts are still widely separated and you have poor cleavage. What's happening...
What you describe is not normal.
