615 CC implants - why do they look small and low? (Photos)

615 cc implants weigh approximately 1 1/2 lbs. each, will continue to descend inferiorly and laterally and you are losing projection because of displacement. These implants are too big for your body and wider than your chest wall. You will need the implants removed, reinforcement of the capsules inferiorly and laterally to try and correct the lower descent of it and then smaller implants placed.

Whenever excessively large implants are used the chance of having undesirable side effects, complications and need for revision surgery will go up.
Your implants have bottomed out, especially on the right side.
The chance of this happening is related to the size of the implants, which are much larger than your natural breast diameter.
At this point you’re going to need revision surgery and once you have these problems, the chance of quality outcome will go down.
I generally worn patients to avoid using excessively large implants.
I suggest having a few in person, second opinion, consultations with other plastic surgeons in your community
