Only 1cm difference in symmetry pre-op - now not proportionate, different sizes. Can it be fixed in revision? (Photos)

Had only 1cm difference in symmetry preop. Breasts have been almost perfect entire life, including breastfeeding 4kids. Always had small roundish boobs entire life. No natural pocket in one breast, accidental over dissection, lots of suture's. Had to restructure one breast. 205cc in both. The shelf seems stable, but it's almost like everything else is floppy and moves around. If I lift my arms up, you can see the actual “shelf” that’s built, support along the breast/implant. But how it rests, this changes. Sometimes it’s literally like it folded over the shelf, almost making it flattened. Other times, it’s a little more rounded at the bottom, but the fullness comes from the top. Can an implant flip/roll inside you? Nipple placement changes morning/night & day to day. Higher morning, lower evening. The other one stays in place. The breast- It's half the size of the other one, different cup size. It's also 3/4" higher than the other one. I don't understand how they look so different. How same size breasts preop, with same size implants, can result in such a drastic difference post op. Where did the implant go? No matter how i manipulate, or position myself- it feels like the implant is not the same size. I’ve been assured no breast tissue was removed. I miss having the bottom fullness on each side. I’ve always had that, and I miss it. Can lowering the pocket fix the issue? This is what I was offered. Thank you.
