Please does anyone know a surgeon that can fix this? I want my not as contoured and defined as in my previous nose. Would I need a cartilage graft to make it wider and less defined? Is this even possible? Thanks

If I understand your photos correctly you appear to have a pleasing nasal profile appearance one year after surgery. Depending on your examination, a dilute steroid injection may be considered for bringing down some puffiness in the supratip area. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
8mm would be quite thick for any single cartilage graft. Breathing troubles after rhinoplasty are complex and can be due to a variety of factors. Final results take a full year after primary rhinoplasty and swelling may continue to decrease which could affect results and your ability to breath....
General, the rate limiting step for achieving a very narrow nasal appearance is somebody's nasal skin. When somebody has thicker nasal skin and a darker skin complexion, the amount of definition and narrowing is limited somewhat. The best way to have your question answered with specificity would...
