Can I reverse this Rhinoplasty on my African nose? Surgeon violated my request and made my nose Caucasian and feminine (Photo)

There are many maneuvers that can help achieve thus. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. Based on your photos, you appear to have a pleasing nasal appearance, in my opinion. If you are looking to achieve a wider and less sculpted nasal bridge and tip appearance, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for achieving a slightly wider nasal appearance. It is very important to realize that you can NEVER have your old nose back. However, a revision rhinoplasty will reduce the sharp raised bridge. The narrowed nostrils cannot be fixed. The implant or a rib graft that might have been placed in the dorsum will need to be removed. You might need cartilage from the ear to reconstruct the bridge and also the tip.
