Can I reverse this Rhinoplasty on my African nose? Surgeon violated my request and made my nose Caucasian and feminine (Photo)

Please does anyone know a surgeon that can fix this? I want my not as contoured and defined as in my previous nose. Would I need a cartilage graft to make it wider and less defined? Is this even possible? Thanks

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a good candidate for a Revision Rhinoplasty to give you a more natural and masculine appearing result. There are many maneuvers that can help achieve thus. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Based on your photos, you appear to have a pleasing nasal appearance, in my opinion. If you are looking to achieve a wider and less sculpted nasal bridge and tip appearance, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for achieving a slightly wider nasal appearance. It is very important to realize that you can NEVER have your old nose back. However, a revision rhinoplasty will reduce the sharp raised bridge. The narrowed nostrils cannot be fixed. The implant or a rib graft that might have been placed in the dorsum will need to be removed. You might need cartilage from the ear to reconstruct the bridge and also the tip.
