Premature Jowling at 21 - how to lift my face? (photos)

Question

I want to lift my face as I am seeing shadows at the corners of my mouth. This sagging of my skin is also not allowing me to have a V-line shape that I want. I am 21, please provide suggestions on what I can do to lift my lower mid-face area. *I have had buccal fat removal, chin filler, and botox to my masseters already. I do not want or think filler is going to help me achieve a better look :/

I would not advise anything at all be done to your face. Clearly you are too young for a facelift.  Any surgeon performing a facelift on you I would consider unethical and could do things to your face you would regret. Any further work will not be any more successful than what you have already done

Thank you for your question and pictures!  What are you are seeing may not be jowls, but the anatomy of your face.  Since you have had Botox in your masseters that area becomes more narrow giving you a slimmer face but it can also enhance the structure of the jawline.  Though adding filler seems counter intuitive with an experienced injector they can create a more snatched jawline by smoothing out the jawline and adding filler to the chin to balance out the rest of it.

I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area that is a member of both ASPS & ASAPS and performs a lot of facelifts but also offers all the nonsurgical options such as injectables and laser treatments. Go over your concerns with them and make sure above all, you walk out of there with several options and an idea of the pros and cons to each of them as well as realistic expectations.

Facelifts are procedures where the soft tissues of the face are repositioned and somewhat tightened. The relative need of a facelift is dependent on the qualities of the face including elasticity, soft tissue position, wrinkles and many more. It is not based on age. A single photo can not truly reflect all the facial characteristic which you notice. Non invasive and minimally invasive procedures have become much more popular over the years but in all honesty, they cannot replace a facelift in an appropriately selected patient. Keep searching for a skillful plastic surgeon to help guide you on your path.

The 'jowl' you see is obvious because the bone structure is narrow and the natural tissue drapes over it. Best to subtly augment the jawline ahead and behind to balance it and define the jawline done properly it will not widen the contours.
