What would the equivalent of American board certified plastic surgeon be? Trying to determine who my doctor will be.. Thank you.

The European standards of being board-certified vary from country to country. As a minimum, the surgeon needs to be on the Specialist Register for that particular country. There's also the European Board of Plastic Surgeons that further qualifies doctors to work in Europe.
