Hello, I am in my early 20s and it has been 10 months since I had my jaw reduction surgery. I liked the results in the beginning but after the swelling completely subsided, especially in the last three months, I have noticed a lot of loose skin. I have also lost weight in the last year. I had considered threads but now I am interested in a permanent option. I want to get a feminine v-shaped face but now I am stuck with this look.. Last picture is before surgery
