Answer: Fillers better for younger individuals You are too young to go for a facelift and you don't have any excess skin or fat. Fillers would be the appropriate choice for you to improve your nasolabial folds. Regards Dr. J

Answer: Lift or fill? Hello Anni, Thanks for your question and sharing your photo. First of all, let me just say you look great for 35 and you can barely see those nasolabial folds in the photograph...maybe it's just the lighting. If you came to my office, I would strongly recommend against surgery at this time (even though I love surgery). You are too young and too fit to take on the recovery, risk and expense of surgery at this time. Fillers are a great option for fine tuning, which is truly all you need. The nasolabial folds are one of the best areas to treat with filler and offer a high level of satisfaction for most patients. But I always tell my patients this...those folds should never be completely erased, otherwise things start to look weird. The goal is to soften that area. Look at any baby, even they have nasolabial folds! Hope this helps! All the best, Dr. Dominick GadaletaFacial Plastic SurgeonPalo Alto, CA
