I want to get an alarplasty but I can only do virtual consultations. Is it likely a surgeon will want to have another consultation but in person and/or would an in person consultation just be better in general?

Will the results of an alarplasty change years down the road? Perhaps when you are 70 or 80 you will notice a change as the skin ages and the tip may droop a bit. But for the vast majority of your life there should be no discernible change.
Alarlift is a very confusing term. Alarplasty is the general term to explain any change made to the nostrils. The most important thing is for you to explain to your surgeon in great detail what you want changed. Terminology is not very helpful, detailed communication is.
