Tip plasty or alarplasty for narrower nostrils & defined tip? (Photos)

Question

I’ve always disliked my nose, it’s too big for my smaller facial features. My nostrils are too round and flared, especially when smiling. I also believe I have a bulbous tip. I’ve been researching surgeons for some while and realized what I need would a Tip plasty or Alarplasty. I need a surgeon who specializes in this. I’d like my nostrils to be more narrow and my rounded tip more refined. I don’t want big or dramatic changes. I’m 29, Hispanic with combination skin.

Your nose can be narrowed and your a lot as reduced a bit. Alarplasty  is often done but some surgeons are reluctant to perform it. So you'll need to go on a few consults to see who may different surgeons say.

Tip plasty and Alarplasty: A nasal tip plasty reduces and refined the tip of the nose. An alar plasty narrows the width of the base of the nostrils. Commonly both of these are performed as part of a rhinoplasty or, on more rare occasion ,on their own. No plastic surgeon specializes in nasal tip plasty . it is simply a part of a rhinoplasty, but as mentioned can be performed independently of the rest of the nose.
