Can a nose change years later after an alarplasty?

Will the results of an alarplasty change years down the road? Perhaps when you are 70 or 80 you will notice a change as the skin ages and the tip may droop a bit. But for the vast majority of your life there should be no discernible change.

Yes, as we get older our connective tissue becomes loose and nose changes as well. As the tip drops with age the nostrils can look wide. However, they will never look really wide if you had Alarplasty at a younger age.
