Would I need to pay more for an alarlift or would it be just part of an alarplasty surgery? And if there are scars, where would they be and are they noticeable?

Alarplasty: an alar plasty is performed to reduce the width of the alar base. You do not show any photos of your alar base before and after “pinching“ it, so it is difficult to tell if that simulation is accurate
