I know there is a chance that I can get a valve collapse from a rhinoplasty, if I were to just an alarplasty would I still be at risk for a valve collapse? For notes, I am a south asian with a normal thickness of skin for my nostrils.

There are two options. One is to operate only on the flaring nostrils. The other is to perform a full rhinoplasty which would refine the tip and narrow the bridge. I think either would be acceptable.
