I have nostrils that are kinda wide and flaring. I found that my ideal nose looks like my nose a few seconds after I pinch it. Would this be achievable just through alarplasty and would it be a good example to show to whoever will do the surgery. I don't care about the side profile just the front.

There are two options. One is to operate only on the flaring nostrils. The other is to perform a full rhinoplasty which would refine the tip and narrow the bridge. I think either would be acceptable.
