How do I get a more petite nose? (photos)

Question

I find my nostrils to flare out and have considered procedures like alarplasty/rhinoplasty but am not sure which would be best for me. How would I achieve a more petite nose like Angelina Jolie or monica bellucci without misshaping the nostril like Janet Jackson?

There are two options. One is to operate only on the flaring nostrils. The other is to perform a full rhinoplasty which would refine the tip and narrow the bridge. I think either would be acceptable.

Thank you for the question and photos and I would go on some consultations with experts that use digital photography to show you what can be accomplished with your nose and how it might be done and then look at photos of similar patients and become fully informed about the desired procedure
