Is there an alarplasty method that can give me very little chance of scarring?

One of my biggest worries about getting alarplasty is the chance of scarring or it not healing right.

Every surgeon is different. Personally I can tell from a virtual consult is someone is a good candidate for alarplasty and can schedule them for surgery. Other surgeons may insist on a separate in office visit

Your nose can be narrowed and your a lot as reduced a bit. Alarplasty is often done but some surgeons are reluctant to perform it. So you'll need to go on a few consults to see who may different surgeons say.

I commonly perform alarplasty as a stand alone procedure. It can be done under local anesthesia and the cost is modest. Photos would help though
