Can a lip lift make reshape your lips to make them more round and soften the overall appearance? Can cupid’s bow be reduced?

I have a prominent cupid’s bow that I want to get rid of. Lip filler isn’t an option because I want them to look as natural as possible. I aim for a more round, plump and soft look. They would most definitely elevate my appearance. Though, as I said, I don’t want them to look artificial. I will include a picture or two of my natural lips and what I want them to look like.
