Is there any specific location/technique for the lip/mouth incisions when inserting lip implants that will allow for achieving maximum volume in small lips (allowing the most material to fit)?

The incision makes no difference in inserting lip implants as long as the pocket for the implant is dissected properly. It is the implant itself that is important. Personally, however, I have almost abandoned implants in favor of fillers. The silicone implants are too firm and can extrude. The collagen implants resorb and do not last any longer than the new fillers like Juvederm Vollure which lasts at least 1.5 years. Both are also harder to shape properly. I would highly advise seeing someone who is very experienced in all options.
