What is the biggest lip implant size on the market? Are custom implants available? (photos)

Thank you for your question.  I use Permalip lip implants and the largest implant available has a thickness of 5mm at its thickest point. The length varies according to your mouth size. Your surgeon will measure this to determine what length of implants are required. A 5mm implant equates to about 1.5ml of injectable filler.The lips are injected with local anaesthetic. A tunnel is created in the lips and the implants are then introduced. The exit and entry points of the tunnel are then closed with dissolvable stitches.Some of my patients like having full lips so have the biggest Permalip implant and then if its still not full enough you can have filler injectable as well.  The Permalip is a good base.  You would need to go to someone experienced with injecting filler over the Permalip.Please do have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.  All The Best 

Permalip is the best implant on the market right now.  We used to use Softform but these always looked unnatural and there were issues with extrusion.  I have not had any issues to date with Permalip.  Consider upsizing to the 5mm and then adding filler if you want your lips even bigger.
