Hello, I have had PerMa lip implants placed about 5 years ago and I think the implants moved above my lips. I asked my surgeon to get it repositioned, he said there is no such thing because there isn’t much space for the implants to move within the lips, so he suggested I remove it. My question is if it would be possible to reposition it writhing the lip line?

You may be a candidate for a lip lift rather than repeating fillers. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
I appreciate your concerns and agree that the Lip Augmentation may be a nice option for you. I have never been a fan of lip implants because they can look and feel unnatural and if they become even slightly displaced, need to be removed. Also, your upper lip appears to demonstrate a slight as...
Permalip is the best implant on the market right now. We used to use Softform but these always looked unnatural and there were issues with extrusion. I have not had any issues to date with Permalip. Consider upsizing to the 5mm and then adding filler if you want your lips even bigger.
