Is it possible to increase palpebral fissure length in Caucasian adults? (Photo)

Question

I am a 25 year old male with very small horizontally narrow eyes . I have had canthoplasty and lower eyelid retraction . I think my eyes may have actually become smaller as a result. Is there anyway to increase palpebral fissure length? I am unhappy with my eyes and looking for answers.
