What would be recommended for the sagging around my eye/brow?

You would benefit from a brow lift on your right side. This is usually best done from an endoscopic approach to hide the incisions behind the hairline. Neurotoxin would be another option but you would likely not get the “chemical” lift to make the brows symmetric.

A few microdroplets of Botox have been used successfully for years for a nonsurgical browlift to restore the more feminine upward and outward flare of the lateral eyebrows. Filler placed appropriately to support the lateral eyebrow can be used to both enhance the Botox result and prolong the duration of its effects. In experienced hands, both techniques should not take more than about ten or fifteen minutes to perform. The Botox effect is typically seen in one to seven days following treatment; the filler effect is immediate and typically engenders a "Wow!" reaction. Make sure to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist. Best of luck.

Based on these photos, you have significant brow asymmetry; your right brow seems to be lower than oposite side. Endoscopic or open brow lift would improve that condition. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, familiar with these techniques, is recommended. Good luck.

You have a few options to help improve your concerns. Botox is a nonsurgical option that can provide a conservative brow lift. The treatment would need to be repeated every 4-6 months in order to maintain results. Surgically you can consider a brow lift. This a permanent result and would position the brows more symmetrically.

Hi there! I can see the difference between your eyebrows and the heaviness over the right eye. If you haven't tried Botox, I would start there. Brow asymmetry isn't as uncommon as people think. By placing units around the crow's feet, a brow lift can be achieved. Now, it's not the same as surgery but improvements can be made. Results last 3-4 months on average. If no improvement, some would advocate for threading though I do not. A surgical brow lift to create better symmetry would achieve the result but is invasive. Hope that helps!

Based on photos but without an examination, a combination of a subtle elevation of your lower lbrow and possible upper lid blepharoplasty will produce a better cosmetic result. T
