My eyes suddenly switches in terms of size? (Photo)

Question

I know for a fact that I have assymetry in my both eyes and I would do a surgery to correct it but, the confusing part is when I look at some of my pictures one eye becomes bigger than the other whether its left or right but id say for most part its the left one that is lowered in terms of eyelid ? I dont know which one should be corrected.

Hello @Aoiken, thank you for your question and showing your picture. Body parts do not all have the same size or shape. There are generally certain asymmetries. For example, one eyebrow is different from the other and the same happens with our eyes. Hi, what you have is quite subtle and hard to accurately define in the photos. The front view shows slight drooping of your left eyebrow and eyelid. That can be corrected but it can be difficult to correct exactly and the smaller the difference, the harder it is.
