I would advise against threading as the results can be irregular and short-lived. There are a variety of brow lifts techniques which can be adjusted for the hairline. This is due to less blinking and it is temporary. In patients suffering from chronic dry eyes, eyelid surgery can make the condition worse. After about 2-3 months, the temporary dry eyes caused by blepharoplasty should be mostly subsided and your eyes should go back to normal.
