Explant or lift and implant switch? (Photo)

Tammyof4
Augmentation 8 yrs ago. My breast tissue is low and my implants are high causing the waterfall effect. I had a few consults with board certified surgeons for revision my options 1) explant and wait (not the route I want to go) 2) implant switch with lift. Wondering if I can get a smaller size (i have 350 ccs but want 300ccs) implant switch without a lift to correct waterfall? I do not want lift scars. I appear top heavy & want to get this fixed asap just don’t know what route to take.
