Seven months ago I had a lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning. I voiced concern over loss of my eye shape. I was told that only occurs if the lower lids were tightened and that this would not be done. My lower lids seem straight and have lost their shape I loved. I again was told they were not tightened. This picture clearly shows stitches. Is this a canthoplexy and we’re my lids indeed tightened? Is this why they feel so tight? Is this reversible?
