Will my dimple stay after a middle and lower face/neck lift?

I have a dimple on my lower left cheek, which I would like to keep. Will my dimple stay there after a middle, lower facelift + neck lift? And if yes, will it stay in the same spot or will it move? And if not, what can be done to prevent my dimple from disappearing?

Firstly, it is better for me if you can send some pictures for better evaluation. 
Dimple loss can happen after some techniques of face lift, they may move or be distorted. Because a cheek dimple is a phenomenon happening between the dermis (skin) and the facial muscle under it, a technique that will be done underneath these structures will help protect your dimple. And this is more possible with an Endoscopic Midface Lift surgery.
