Will my dimple stay after a middle and lower face/neck lift?

I have a dimple on my lower left cheek, which I would like to keep. Will my dimple stay there after a middle, lower facelift + neck lift? And if yes, will it stay in the same spot or will it move? And if not, what can be done to prevent my dimple from disappearing?
