Hi, I work out regularly, and eat a healthy diet. I have an issue with my face. Despite being 25 years old, I feel like my face appears old and droopy, due to soft tissue and bone deficiency. Face feels deflated, and I appear to have deficiency in orbital, malar, submalar area, and no jaw. Also, I think I'd need fat grafting as well. You might find it funny, but I'd like to achieve how my face looks when I'm upside down, because it appears balanced. How could I achieve this?
