Hello, and thank you for your question. While it’s difficult to recommend the best procedure based on the photo you provided, there are several ways to rejuvenate the lower face. If you have submental fat, you can explore facial liposuction or Kybella injections. If you have excess fat pads or overly round cheeks, we recommend buccal fat pad removal. Partial removal of this tissue can help create cheek definition in the lower face by effectively slimming down the face and highlighting facial contours. Chin augmentation through an implant or dermal fillers can enhance your lower face as well.
To determine your eligibility for any procedure, I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon. Your surgeon can do a proper evaluation, customize the best treatment plan, and ensure the best possible results.

Generally speaking, a youthful face is more heartshaped, wider in the upper cheeks and more narrow in the lower cheeks and along the jaw. However, there is wide variability, and also differences between the the male and female "ideals". If you have noticed increasing heaviness/fullness in your lower face, that could be due to fat loss (atrophy) in your upper and mid cheeks, and/or looseness/sagging in the lower cheeks. You may have lost some fat up above and the remaining fat drifted downward. This often creates a square shaped face. A facelift can help recreate a more youthful shape, by lifting fat upward in the cheeks and also removing some lower cheek and neck fat, if indicated. This is general information, and I can't tell from your photos if this is right for you.

Hard to tell based on the picture what the issue may be.
A facelift may not be worth the recovery. Its possible some neck and jawline lipo, +/- buccal fat excision could help define your jaw without a full lift. Again - I really can't tell much from a single frontal view picture.
