Over the last few months my face has changed drastically. The face is much more bottom heavy and even my philtrum is longer. Same weight as before and this has occurred in a 3 month period. Started after a facial injury so I think the tissue may be loose or something. Anyway would a facelift be able to get me back to the less bottom heavy, before picture I have? I miss my face and feel it can work to my advantage that the changes are not too severe. Face used to be more heart shaped and tighter
