Is is possible to create epicanthal fold or have top crease taper down? (Photos)

I am wondering if there is a way to create a partial epicanthal fold or have the top crease taper downward. I am half asian and half white and so I ended up with (kind of?) hooded eyes but no epicanthal folds. I like my hooded eyes but i really dislike how my crease’s line goes above where my hood meets my eyeslashes before going back down again. is there a way to bring the top crease down like how i’m stretching the skin in my photos? i also think it will help my eyes look farther apart because they are a bit too close together. i have example photos as well.
