Creases and wrinkles on the right eye after ptosis surgery, how can this be improved? (Photos)

After ptosis surgery I had about a year ago, I was left with some creases and wrinkles on the right eye, which does make me look a lot older (I'm 20). What procedure could solve this? Also, do you believe the ptosis is sufficiently solved on that eye? There's still a lot of the eyelid left, but maybe the eye would look bulbous or small if it was moved higher. I also wanted to ask if I should get a corrective surgery on the left eye, which I had a sling ptosis surgery on. Lastly, there's still some brow asymmetry, how could that be solved?
