Under-Eye Bags from fillers are typically result of lymphedema (lymphatic obstruction). These can be difficult to treat. However, I have had gratifying results using varying combinations, concentrations, and amounts of intralesional anti-inflammatory agents. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Based on these photos, bilateral ptosis correction with lateral canthopexy would be procedures to start with. More elaborate consultation needs to be done in person with a board certified plastic or Oculoplastic surgeon. Good luck.
I recommend a brow lift at the frontal hairline. This will decrease the vertical height of the forehead, lower the hairline and pull up the eyebrows. I do not believe you need a blepharoplasty at this time. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
There are 2 distinct issues going on with your eye appearance in opinion: 1. the dark circles 2. aging changes of your lower eyelid. I would tackle this with a cheeklift (aka midface lift) to shorten your lower eyelid bulge area and loosen the ligament that makes the transition into your cheek...
How about a photograph? The nature of your eyelid retraction makes a big difference. Is this upper or lower eyelid retraction? Is your surgeon trying to fix your retraction with a lateral canthoplasty? None of these surgeries are really minor surgery. A few weeks is unlikely to be sufficient....
