You have a very high forehead, your eyebrows are below the level of the orbital rim and you have rhytids on the lateral canthal area of the eyes as well as the cheek area. I recommend an extended brow lift. This is done at the hair-forehead junction and will decrease the vertical height of the forehead, lower the hairline, pull up the eyebrows and pull up the corners to improve the cheeks and lateral eye area. You may or may not need an lower blepharoplasty. Another thing I recommend to women, who often do not think of this, is a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.
