Lower Eye Bag Removal - what procedure would be best for me? (Photos)

Hi, I am a 48 year old woman who has had an issue with lower eye lid bags most of my life. I have big round chipmunk like cheeks, and as I have gotten older, that has made the issue worse. I have tried filler, both in my cheeks (to lift out the area) and under eye (but my skin is very thin) but nothing has solved this issue. What procedure would be best for someone like me?

Thank you for your inquiry! By your photos, it looks like you would be a great candidate for a lower bleph procedure as that procedure will remove fullness and skin laxity to your lower eyelids. You have a very high forehead, your eyebrows are below the level of the orbital rim and you have rhytids on the lateral canthal area of the eyes as well as the cheek area.  I recommend an extended brow lift.  This is done at the hair-forehead junction and will decrease the vertical height of the forehead, lower the hairline, pull up the eyebrows and pull up the corners to improve the cheeks and lateral eye area.  You may or may not need an lower blepharoplasty.  Another thing I recommend to women, who often do not think of this, is a lip lift.  A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.
