Hi, I’m planning to correct my ptosis (worse on my left eye), but I also struggle with several other concerns. I have visible scleral show, especially on my right eye, which also appears larger and rounder. My eyes are asymmetrical, and I have a negative canthal tilt. I’m considering canthopexy as well, but I’m worried about my flat cheekbones, underprojected midface, and a possible negative orbital vector. I’ve read that canthopexy without proper midface support can lead to poor results or worsened eyelid retraction. My goal is to achieve more eye symmetry, less scleral show, and an uplifted, less droopy appearance. What are my best options to address these issues?
