Hello! I am 25 years old and I Really dont like how big my face is compared to my features. It gets so wide when I smile and I get a square shaped face. Will getting buccal fat removal or masseter botox help me get a V shaped face? I’m worried my face would sag with buccal fat removal

Hi , According to your photo , your problem is caused by both buccal fat and masseter muscles. 
The chubby cheek when you smile is caused by the buccal fat. I suggest to do buccal fat removal. By my surgical technique : After taking the fat out , you'll not have a saggy cheek because I'll suture your cheek muscles for tightening your cheek. Another advantage of buccal fat removal is to make your face more symmetry. If you see your smile photo , you would see that both sides are not the same. This problem is caused by the different size and position of the buccal fat each side.
Your square shaped face is caused by big masseter muscles that can be reduced by using BOTOX injection.
