No buccal fat removal results 6 months post-op

I had my buccal fat removed 6 months ago and I rarely see any results. My face looks practically the same as it was before the procedure. I did gain about 8 pounds so did that extra weight gain grow my buccal fat pad back?

No, the buccal fat once removed does not grow back. However, if the doctor has left part of the buccal fat in, this part can become bigger.

I do not see excess buccal fullness in the photos you provided, however there is masseteric hypertrophy. I'd recommend Botox. Hope that was helpful
