Does the buccal fat pad grow back if you gain weight after Buccal Fat Removal?

I got Buccal Fat Removal done 6 months ago and I have notice very little results. I have gained 8 pounds because I'm currently bulking so I'm not sure if that weight gain is masking the results. My doctor did inform me that he removed all of my buccal fat and it does not grow back with weight gain However, I did read that the buccal fat pad can grow back if it was partially removed which makes me worried because what if there is left over buccal fat that my doctor missed?

I do not see excess buccal fullness in the photos you provided, however there is masseteric hypertrophy. I'd recommend Botox. Hope that was helpful
