Should I book for a buccal fat removal or submental lipo or both? (Photo)

I am a Filipino, I have short stature, my face is round and I have fat flat cheeks. After I turned 30, I noticed that my double chin became so apparent. I am not happy with my facial features and I realy consider to do some cosmetic procedure to balance my face to my body.
