Breath work exercise after simple explant?

Question

How long after doing a simple explant (local anaesthesia only) can I do breath/lung workout exercises for lung capacity and strength? Exercises targetted towards singers. I usually feel these exercises the most in my back and lower parts of my rib cage. But I imagine the pectoral muscles may get involved too. Thank you!

It is important to ensure that your body has healed sufficiently and that you're not experiencing any undue pain or discomfort. You should be able to go back to your breathing within a few days after just an explant since not muscles were disturbed.

Deep breathing exercises are great from the start!  They help to expand the lungs and prevent PE.  Another great thing is early ambulation, meaning walk around a bit every few hours after surgery to keep good circulation.
