After a rhinoplasty and alarplasty i ended up with asymmetrical nasal wings. I would ideally like to make the smaller one larger because if i do another alarplasty to reduce the larger one i will have a pinched look. (tried it on photoshop). Is there anything i can do? Fillers, fat grafting, ear cartilage grafting to make the smaller one larger? Could the asymmetry be from the tip or the septum or the lower lateral cartilages or the medial crura?
