Nose job or fix nose scars first? (Photo)

I have bad skin on nose (enlarged pores, indented scars, icepick etc), but also want to get a nose job. I am looking at doing laser treatments to fix scars. Is there a proper order of whether if I should get my nose job first or treat my scars first?
