I am going to get all on 4 dental implants as well as rhinoplasty done, within a year of each other, I am just unsure as to which procedure I should do first for optimal results. Rhinoplasty is less expensive, so easier to get done faster. But I don't want a lot of missing teeth to affect facial shape, therefore affecting final look once both are completed. Thank you
