Does this appear to be symmastia? 2 months post-op breast lift with implants.

Had BAM 2 months ago. Had issues with incisions, one got a hole and drainage with some blood(no puss) 2 weeks after procedure, was told it was spitting suture, 2-3 weeks later other incision did the same but several spots, second incision MD stated he was able to stick a swab into the incision and feel beneath the skin to each side. Put skintegrity with gauze, healed quickly but noticing more the skin between my breast does not feel like attached. I do have inspira natrelle 550s under muscle.
