I'm two weeks postop and my left breast seems to be sitting higher than my right. In addition, my nipples are not aligned with one another. I noticed it a day after operation but my doctor said "they look pretty even to me" and brushed me off. I know it could take some time for the swelling to go down, but this looks as if my doctor did not place them back in the correct spots. Since my doctor is a man of little words, please someone ease my fear that I made a mistake in getting this surgery.
